Great range!

The music and sound effects are good, but your story progression is slow. It is a little cliche, but that's how most apocalypse stories are. The voice acting is good, the characters are just a little bit too calm (obviously they are taking a risk by attacking the city, so I think they would be more worried). As stated above, your range is great, I can easily tell the characters apart.
If you do plan on continuing the story, I think your best bet would be to have the good side lose, because if they win, this is going to be too cliche.

Much appreciated review! I wish I could have come up with a better story, but it's hard to make a good impact story-wise when you're only given a 6 minute max timeframe. If I ever do make the next part, I'll definitely take what you said into consideration. Thanks!

Title may be true!

I got a couple laughs out of this. (Particularly the part where you smacked the zombies) I like that you made most sound effects with your voice. I agree with the other review, you should have stopped after "We are out of poptarts!", everything after that is unnecessary. The quality was good. Some music would have been nice!

TomStheVoice responds:

Gah! I regret putting that unnecessary stuff! Even I noticed that it doesn't really work. I guess for the contest, though, it's too late to change...I'm actually not sure on that. I'll have to ask somebody.

Not bad

The voice acting is okay, but it is a little under-exaggerated. Your characters sound a too calm. I mean, you're about to be eaten, and one of you is even shot, and there aren't even any screams. Were you trying to be quiet when recording?
Your range is not great, as your two main characters sound the same. Your choice of music was not good for the more serious scenes, it is too neutral.
The mic quality is good.
As for the story, I think the characters are too friendly. If there was really an apocalypse, there would be little time for "pals" and "buddies".
This shows potential, but you could do better!

Loved it!

I really like the way you used this song in the flash animation. It's really "fun".

Spillkaidah responds:

Hmm!

I wonder what this sounds like backwards...

Great work.

You've definitely got that RPG feel down. However, what the heck happened at :58 to the end? That didn't really fit.

Silly me... just realized the title means variation. Hahaa...

I Really really really...

...like it. I love music that is like this. It's very inspiring.

BrokenDeck responds:

Amazing!

I accidentally clicked on this song and right before I hit the back button it started to play... and I listened for a while...

Gravey responds:

Well I'm glad you like this song that you accidentally happened to listen to today. ;-)

Thanks for the review.
